Ending the Day with Reflection

Reflection at the end of the day helps you review your actions, worship, and progress during Ramadan. Take a few quiet minutes before sleep to think about what went well, what could improve, and how you stayed patient and mindful. This habit strengthens self-awareness and spiritual growth.

Even a short reflection is effective. Focusing on one or two key lessons daily builds a habit of mindfulness and gratitude over time.
  • Spend 5–10 minutes reviewing your day.
  • Note one success and one area for improvement.
  • Repeat a short dhikr or dua for guidance.
  • Write down your reflections if it helps you remember.
  • End with gratitude for the day’s blessings.
New daily topics will continue to guide your habits, nutrition, and worship throughout Ramadan.
