We, Ramadan FastTrack, aim to support Muslims worldwide in practicing fasting during Ramadan and beyond — in a structured, spiritual, and health-conscious way.
Our products and services create the foundation for tracking fasting progress, understanding autophagy (self-cell healing), and strengthening both body and faith.
Ramadan FastTrack is a digital service that combines fasting tracking methods, Islamic guidance, and wellness tools. The Services are not medical or healthcare services, and no physician-patient relationship exists.
The Services are intended for use only by individuals who are healthy enough to engage in fasting and lifestyle adjustments. They are not intended for minors under 13 or for individuals whose health conditions make fasting unsafe or inappropriate.
Scope of Application
Parties to the Contract and Subject Matter
These Terms form the basis of the user contract between you and us, Ramadan FastTrack (operated under Digital Legends Agency, https://ramadan.autophagytools.com).
The contract covers the use, either free or paid, of services we provide via our website and mobile applications (together “Services”).
Eligibility
To create a user account and use our Services, you must be at least 13 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
The Services are intended exclusively for individual consumers. Commercial use is prohibited.
Additional Terms
We may provide additional terms for specific features or promotions (e.g., beta testing, premium access).
If so, you will be informed prior to using them.
Services and Prices
Free and Paid Services
The scope of features depends on whether you use the free or premium version.
Free users can access core fasting, prayer time, and hadith features.
Premium subscribers may access advanced analytics, Autophagy Tracking, educational insights, or ad-free experiences.
Prices
Current pricing and subscription models are listed in the App Store and Google Play Store.
All prices include applicable taxes in accordance with your country of residence.
Your Health
Health Requirements
Use of our Services is at your own risk. You must be in good health to fast or make lifestyle changes.
If you have pre-existing conditions (e.g., diabetes, cardiovascular disease, pregnancy, or chronic illness), consult your doctor before using our Services.
No Medical Advice
The App and its content are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Our fasting, nutrition, and autophagy insights are for educational and informational purposes only.
Nutrition and Faith-Based Content
Information within the App is based on current wellness research and authentic Islamic teachings.
However, we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or health outcomes.
User Account
Registration
To use Ramadan FastTrack, you must register an account — either directly or via Google or Facebook Login.
You will be required to accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login information.
Formation of Contract
- Website Registration: The user contract is formed once registration is completed.
- Mobile App Registration: Contracts are subject to the terms of your app store provider (Apple or Google).
- Paid Services: Contracts for subscriptions are formed upon confirmation of purchase through the App Store or Google Play.
Errors
If errors occur during checkout on the website, they can be corrected before confirming payment.
For app store purchases, please follow Apple or Google’s policies.
Duration
User Account
Your user contract remains valid until terminated by either party.
Paid Services
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
One-off services expire automatically after their term ends.
Payments
Fees
Fees for subscriptions or premium features are due at the time of purchase and are billed in advance for renewal periods.
Payment Default
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for payment delays or fraudulent activity.
Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees in your jurisdiction.
Payment Methods
If purchased via app stores, payments are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play.
We do not store payment information directly.
Withdrawal Rights
Right to Withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Refunds for app store purchases must be requested directly from Apple or Google.
Consequences
If you withdraw, we will refund payments within 14 days using the original payment method, unless the service has been fully provided.
Lapse of Right
The right to withdraw lapses once digital services have been fully delivered or activated with your consent.
Defects
Liability
General
Use of the app should comply with fasting safety and medical guidance.
We assume no liability for physical or spiritual outcomes from fasting or app use.
Free Services
For free services, we are liable only for intentional or gross negligence.
Paid Services
For paid services, liability is limited to foreseeable damages due to intentional or gross negligence.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Employees and Agents
Liability exclusions also extend to our employees, contractors, and affiliates.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, text, code, images, and app designs are the property of Digital Legends Agency.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the App.
Copying, redistributing, or reverse-engineering is prohibited.
User-Generated Content
Users are responsible for content they upload or share.
Offensive, unlawful, or infringing content is prohibited.
We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Termination
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Paid subscriptions will not be refunded for unused periods.
Subscriptions
Cancel renewals via the same platform where you made your purchase (App Store or Google Play).
Termination for Cause
We may terminate accounts immediately for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior.

Severability
